FMF Decision Study 2010
An online questionnaire to be used during telephone interview. This was purely textural questionnaire, no submission forms were required.
This site was developed in TYPO3 after making HTML templates based on designs from the company designer - I'm not responsible for the design of this site.
Content editors edit the questions and
translate them from english. A custom extension was written to create the next/previous page buttons.
